both hands are numb and gets a cramp at Nite? This is due to a lack of calcium?

No, carpal tunnel syndrome, which is very common during pregnancy due to blood flow and edema. We hope that you stop after delivery, not for me. My son is now 20 months and am soon to undergo an operation ... Good luck!
Hardly a scientific answer here, but - as has happened to me also. I have not found anything about it, and assumed that was discussed more frequently associated deliciously funny in the middle of leg cramps during the night of the pregnancy ...
