Diagnois of kidney disease thru urine sampling? - bright disease tested with biuret solution

Okay, so I took this laboratory wheree had 4 urine samples. and I had to determine who have diabetes insipidus and Bright's disease.
We tested the urine with the Benedict's solution, the pH of the urine and the mixture biuret reagent.
How could I say to that, the samples for diseases. All paticular i am looking for?

I'm not sure that the pH value, but I can answer ... In normal condiditons demands of protein or any other type of sugar in the urine traces that the former is too large to pass through the membrane and in the basment nephron, while the second should be actively carried out, whereas in the proximal tubules. Protein or the presence of sugar signfy no problem with normal renal function .... Bendeict solution for dection reducing sugars such as glucose used ... We need to use a red color for a positive outcome. If this is the case, meaning that glucose in the liver, usually a first sign of diabetes or liver failure (in general)

The pressure test for biuret dipeptide bonds ... A violet color indicates the presence of protein ... In this case, the Bright's disease ... I am not sure if the pH ... But I have a proposal very well educated. If you diabetes insipidus ... This means that more water (more than usual) to urinate and highly concentratedof urine. to test the pH and Seewer HAT is closer to pH neutral white (7), it is likely that diabetes insipidus sample ...
